Message original program was not tailored for the additional airflow it would see with the new better-breathing parts.

With an engine dyno I will be able to load the engine in such a way that I will be able to cover ALL possible airflow conditions and produce a complete tune.

Inertial dynamometers dont produce the same kind of loads on the engine as a brake dyno will since it is a swept run through the revs, or the same kind of loads the car will see on the road either for the same reason. A brake dyno will allow the engine to be loaded in all of the conditions it will see on the road but take it one step further to go beyond that scope for a complete tune that will be spot-on in any condition.
